Mushroom Canap

200gm        button mushroom
200gm        oyster mushroom
5 cloves      shallots
Dribble        oil

1. Brunoise the shallot
2. Sauté the shallots until it is caramelised
3. Combine in both type of mushrooms, sauté until they turn soft and brown
4. Deep freeze (-20˚c/ -4˚c)
5. Use Frix-Air to prepare for serving
