Company background: Butlers is Ireland’s largest luxury chocolate producer. It was founded in 1932 and still is a family owned company. It is known throughout Ireland for its luxury chocolate assortments and packaging.

Butlers Chocolates are now available in over 40 countries worldwide, in both high street and travel retail channels. With the increasing demand of luxury chococale and premium confectionary in Asia, Butlers Chocolate opened a dedicated overseas office in Singapore to forge relationships with customers and service the region. Butlers Chocolates are available in many airports worldwide and premium stores such as Selfridges and Waitrose (London), Candylicious shops in Singapore and Malaysia and at both KLIA and Changi airports.

Other than retailing, there are now 23 Butlers Chocolate Cafés worldwide; from nationwide branches in Ireland, to London and franchises in New Zealand and Karachi, India. The company announced a franchise agreement with Prime Hospitality to open Butlers Chocolate Cafes in the UAE and last year Butlers also opened an overseas office in Dubai to support activity in the Middle East.

Butlers Chocolate’s range includes premium boxed chocolate assortments, 100g solid chocolate bars, luxury filled chocolate truffles and deluxe sharing packs. The company has been developing new products frequently to suit the celebration for specific regions. For example, to aim at special gift giving occasions in Asia region, the company designed a special box to celebrate Chinese New Year, along with other deluxe gifting and sharing packs, featuring impressive new selections of delicious alcohol free chocolate.
