Japanese-French Dinner at Prime

Prime at Le Meridien will be running an exclusive gastronomy promotion with a menu by Lyon native Chef Walter Ishizuka from 21st to 25th November 2018.

The acclaimed chef has worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants in France, including the 3-Michelin starred restaurant in Lyon owned by the late Paul Bocuse, and Hotel Ritz’s 2-Michelin starred restaurant L’Espadon in Paris, which earned its second Michelin star when Chef Ishizuka was part of the team. He also helmed Brasserie Joel in London since 2011 where he was awarded the 2 AA Rosette guide for culinary excellence. He later started his own venture, My Cuisine UK.

The menu at Prime is a blend of classic French fare and flavours derived from Chef Ishizuka’s Japanese lineage. His approach is bold, with simple flavours and using the finest ingredients.

The 7-course menu is only available for dinner, and is priced at RM650 nett per person with wine pairing, and RM500 nett per person without.  

A 4-course dinner is RM380 nett per person with wine pairing andRM300 nett without.

Between 21 to 23 November 2018, 2-course at RM88 nett per person and 3-course lunch at RM108 nett is available, the wine will have to be ordered separately for these courses.
