The kitchen of the newly renovated restaurant is now helmed by Native German Chef, Darrius Seitfudem, who promises a fusion of the imported produce and local seasonal ingredients to create a unique blend of flavours.

He has designed 11 signature items including Salmon Tartare and Homemade Linguine Pasta for appetizers, Provencal Fish Soup (a spicy fish soup from Southern France), Squid Ink Gnocchi, Vienna Schnitzel, Baked Scottish Loch Fyne Salmon Fillet and our favourite pancake Kaiserschmarrn. When the latter is done right, it’s soft inside with crisp crust outside.

The restaurant’s table wines are Belles Vignes Carignan-Syrah and Chardonnay-Viogner, the bubbly is Dirupo Extra Dry. Other wines are also available by the bottle.
