Curious Kitchen, which currently occupies the second floor of Tropicana Avenue, is a full-fledged restaurant from the team behind Curious Grocer private kitchen in Sentul. This new restaurant with its open kitchen has an indoor dining space and alfresco area, with a third section to be opened where The Brooklyn Experience will take place.
Helmed by Spanish Chef Rainer and Malaysian Chef C.K., the restaurant focuses on Iberico pork. Their charcoal and oak fire grill churns out slabs of ribs that are crispy on the outside and juicy inside.
In the second edition of Thirst x Brooklyn collaboration, Curious Kitchen will be serving four dishes to pair with Brooklyn Brewery’s Lager and East IPA. We will have the company of Carlsberg’s Commercial Development Manager for Craft & Specialty, Thomas Teo, for a guided beer appreciation of the two craft beers, followed by food and suggested pairings.
