In the February's Thirstmag Coffee Workshop, we were very lucky to have Barista Trainer from UDC Trieste - Eduardo Vastolo with us. Vastolo ran through the technical part of making a perfect up of espresso wih us and the indepth knowledge about the process. We also had Evelyn Lee, the Marketing Manager for UDC to explain to us the different bean varieties and the effect of coffee to human health. Lastly, Goh Chee Wan - Barista Trainer for UDC Malaysia made magic with his latte art skills and showed us the effect on coffee tastes prepared in various length of time using the same machine.
