Ingredients
50ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
30ml packet green tea (sweetened)
30ml honey water
15ml lemon juice
4 slices young ginger
10 mint leaves

Glassware
Highball

Garnish
Mint Spring
Ginger Fan

Ice
Cubed

Method

1) Pour green tea into serving glass

2) Add lemon juice, young ginger and honey water in mixing glass

3) Muddle

4) Slap the mint leaves to release the essence and add into mixing glass

5) Add whisky in mixing glass

6) Shake

7) Double-strained into glassware

8) Dry stir 


9) Add ice

10) Add garnish and serve
