Ingredients
•3/4 oz Patrón XO Cafe
•1 1/4 oz Patrón Silver
•1/2 oz maple syrup
Method
1. Crumble cooked bacon into a small plate or bowl.
2. Pour maple syrup into second bowl.
3. Rim the martini glass in maple syrup, then bacon.
4. In a shaker, combine Patrón XO Cafe, Patrón Silver, maple syrup, light cream, and ice.
5. Shake and strain into rimmed glass.
