Traffic fatalities that are caused by drunk driving have been in the spotlight in recent months, and in light of this, Carlsberg Malaysia has upped their exercise to increase awareness.

For a consecutive six years now, Carlsberg’s annual responsible drinking campaign in support of the Global Be(er) Responsibly Day (GBRD) in September has committed towards ZERO Irresponsible Drinking. This year, the brewery has formed more partnerships to spread the seeds of their campaign.

More than 5,000 discounted rides can be redeemed from GrabCar, Riding Pink with RM10 off and 10% discount from SOCAR+, LaiLah and DriveSafe. GrabCar provides the largest pool of available drivers, whereas RidingPink is a women-only ride-hailing service. The three new partners this year are on-demand personal driver service SOCAR+, chauffeur service by Lailah and Drive Safe.

To spread public awareness on no drink-driving, Carlsberg Malaysia is in partnership with Sin Chew Daily to create a series of contents and videos that remind consumers to enjoy responsibly. Visit their Facebook page for contents.

From now until the end of November, use the code CELEBRATERESPONSIBLY to enjoy RM10 or 10% off your ride home from more than 1,800 Carlsberg Malaysia’s affiliated bars, bistros and restaurants nationwide. The code is activated between 7pm and 12am every day until 30 November and is valid only for rides from Carlsberg F&B outlets listed on Carlsberg Malaysia's website while rides last.
