Champagne Boizel Society debuts in Asia with a launch in Singapore

Champagne Boizel Society has made its Asian debut with a launch event in Singapore, marking the beginning of a long-term connection between the French Champagne house and the local F&B industry.

Hosted by Champagne Boizel’s Singapore distributor, Alpa International Pte Ltd, the event took place at Sushisamba and welcomed members of the drinks media. A highlight of the evening was the official appointment of Vikneswaran Koonnusagaran, the head sommelier of Sushisamba, as an ambassador for Champagne Boizel, recognising his strong advocacy for the brand.

The Boizel Society was created to foster enduring relationships with hospitality professionals and close industry partners. It was first launched in the Netherlands in 2024, followed by Finland in the same year. Singapore is now the third market to be part of this international initiative.

Champagne Boizel is known for producing gastronomic Champagnes that are particularly food-friendly, an attribute the Society intends to showcase through collaborative pairing events with chefs and sommeliers across the region.

With 40% of its wines enjoyed domestically in France and the remaining 60% exported mainly to Europe, the United States, and Asia, Boizel continues to reinforce its presence in key markets through community-driven activations like the Society.
