Frank’s Bar Lunar Cocktail Collaboration with Bar Trigona

For the month of February in conjunction with celebrating the Lunar New Year, Frank’s Bar and Bar Trigona collaborate on a menu for the year of Ox and a bar takeover using Remy Martin V.S.O.P.

Highlighting the signature sonic ageing method used in Frank’s Bar, the collaborative cocktail Man Trap, is a concoction of Remy Martin V.S.O.P, Dom Benedictine Liqueur, Green Chartreuse, locally harvested Trigona honey and walnut bitter.

The French influenced recipe is then barrel-aged in French Limousin Oak for 7 days under the soothing tune of Trap music that harmonises the bittersweet and herbal notes complete with a nutty finish.

Man Trap is available in Frank’s Bar or to be ordered home in 450ml bottles.
