Ingredients
1 oz Patrón XO Cafe
1/2 oz Patrón Silver
1 oz ginger liqueur
dash of cinnamon
1/4 oz tsp mole of choice
1/2 oz organic half & half
1/2 oz organic fresh apple juice
grated nutmeg for garnish

Method
1. Add all ingredients into shaking tin.
2. Strain over ice.
3. Grate nutmeg on top.
