Ingredients
- 50ml Maker's Mark
- 20ml Joseph Cartron Cocody
- 15-20ml Gula Melaka syrup*
- 10ml lemon juice

*this amount will vary according to the different brand and quality of the gula melaka

Glassware
Martini Glass

Garnish
Triangle Lemon Peel (to float at the rim)

Method
1) Chill glass

2) Pour all ingredients into mixing glass

3) Dry stir for 15 seconds

4) Add ice and stir for 10 seconds

6) Double strain into the glassware

7) Float the lemon peel before serving
