Kee’s at 21 Carpenter is an all-day dining and drinking spot with something for everyone. Located within 21 Carpenter, part of Marriott Bonvoy Design Hotels, the Neo-Bistro & Bar offers modern European and Pan-Asian cuisine in a visually captivating atmosphere. Altro Zafferano's Terrace revealed its 43rd floor al-fresco cocktail and bites menu to go with the unparallel views over Singapore skyline and harbourfront. Crafted by Group Beverage Manager Gilbert Fosson, classic cocktail riffs like the Nutty Nut (S$28), is a twist on the Old Fashioned, blend bourbon, frangelico, and almond milk. The Negroni 2.0 (S$28) with elderflower, apple and kombu add floral and savouriness to the Italian classic. For a tropical escape, try the Mango Tango (S$20), fusing chilli vodka with mango puree and Indian tonic. Complementing these libations are artisanal snacks by Executive Chef Andrea De Paola like the Cantabrian Anchovies (S$24) and Wagyu Beef Tartare (S$28), ideals as pre-dinner appetisers.

ATLAS's latest cocktail menu by Head Bartender Yana and the ATLAS team, 'Preservation of Fire,' celebrates the art of bartending. Each drink embodies a historic technique: Carbonation, Temperature, Washing, and Infusion. Dive into the Carbonation chapter with the Priestley’s Company (S$28), a gin concoction inspired by Joseph Priestley’s carbonated water invention, or savour the effervescent Jubilee Royale (S$26). Discover the transformative power of Temperature with the Silver Bullet (S$25/S$120), a modern take on the Vesper Martini, or indulge in Lombardi’s (S$25) savoury notes. Lion Brewery Nitro Stout is now available in can, thanks for the brewery’s in-line canning technology. Initially brewed for Earth Day, the stout features roasted malt aromas and low hop bitterness, as well as a smooth mouthfeel that makes it easy to down. The brewery also boasts its commitment to sustainability by offering the eco-friendly packing that is easily recyclable. Enjoy the stout at home with the convenient can version that retains the same creamy cascade effect as they would from a draught pour.
