Kee's at 21 Carpenter

Kee’s at 21 Carpenter is an all-day dining and drinking spot with something for everyone. Located within 21 Carpenter, part of Marriott Bonvoy Design Hotels, the Neo-Bistro & Bar offers modern European and Pan-Asian cuisine in a visually captivating atmosphere. With kitchen helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Andrew Walsh, start with tantalising small plates Tuna Tartare (S$18) and Citrus Kale Salad (S$18), then indulge in mains like the Pepper-Crusted Ribeye Steak Frites (S$40), Seafood Laksa (S$28), or the Mediterranean Sea Bream (S$40). For tipplers, are craft cocktails inspired by culture in the locale, including refreshing Rosé Spritz (S$20), savoury Spice & Sips (S$18) using tequila, and smoky Inkwell (S$24). Non-alcoholic options like Nourbon Tonic and Non 8 Torched Apple & Oolong provide refreshing alternatives. We heard it’s also the spot for a second office.

Little Island Brewing Co. at Gillman Barracks introduces Singapore’s first vintage vinyl bar, where analog sound meets retro magic every Wednesday during Waxy Wednesdays. Enjoy rich, warm vinyl tunes played on legendary Technics MK5G turntables paired with vintage Altec Lansing A5-X speakers. Bring the family for indoor fun with mini Vespa scooter rides and a bouncy castle. Indulge in woodfire pizzas and exclusive dishes like the gluten-free Charcoal Pizzas (S$18-S$32), Nasi Kerabu with Rendang Daging (S$18) and Islay Wagyu Raclette Burger (S$28). The Guild, a mainstay in Keong Saik, celebrates five years with 16 core and limited edition Young Master craft beers brewed in Hong Kong, a new cocktail menu, and comfort fare. Standouts include the Higher than Salted Lime (S$19, S$24 upsized), a draft cocktail showcasing Hong Kong's flavours, the Guildhouse G&T (S$13) with Greater Than gin, and nightcap a cocktail dessert with Stout ‘N Coffee Tiramisu (S$14). For food, savour the Black Pepper Glazed Pork Belly Sando, Alton’s Fried Chicken (S$30) and Good Ol' Mac 'N Cheese (S$17), while Palate Tinglers feature Chye Poh Hummus (S$13) for a local flair. Altro Zafferano's Terrace

Altro Zafferano's Terrace revealed its 43rd floor al-fresco cocktail and bites menu to go with the unparallel views over Singapore skyline and harbourfront. Crafted by Group Beverage Manager Gilbert Fosson, classic cocktail riffs like the Nutty Nut (S$28), is a twist on the Old Fashioned, blend bourbon, frangelico, and almond milk. The Negroni 2.0 (S$28) with elderflower, apple and kombu add floral and savouriness to the Italian classic. For a tropical escape, try the Mango Tango (S$20), fusing chilli vodka with mango puree and Indian tonic. Complementing these libations are artisanal snacks by Executive Chef Andrea De Paola like the Cantabrian Anchovies (S$24) and Wagyu Beef Tartare (S$28), ideals as pre-dinner appetisers.

Atlas Preservation of Fire 2024 menu

ATLAS's latest cocktail menu by Head Bartender Yana and the ATLAS team, 'Preservation of Fire,' celebrates the art of bartending. Each drink embodies a historic technique: Carbonation, Temperature, Washing, and Infusion. Dive into the Carbonation chapter with the Priestley’s Company (S$28), a gin concoction inspired by Joseph Priestley’s carbonated water invention, or savour the effervescent Jubilee Royale (S$26). Discover the transformative power of Temperature with the Silver Bullet (S$25/S$120), a modern take on the Vesper Martini, or indulge in Lombardi’s (S$25) savoury notes. Explore Washing with the Electric Club (S$26), a butter-washed bourbon Old Fashioned, and Enfleurage (S$27), a butter-washed gin sour. Conclude your journey with Infusion and enjoy the non-alcoholic Age of Discovery (S$18) or The Debutante (S$25), infused with cherries using sous pression. Enjoy the cocktail history journey by going through the beautifully illustrated menu by Adrian Pack, taking inspiration from spirit advertisement posters that depict the revolution of drinks old and new.

Lion Brewery Co Nitro Stout

Lion Brewery Nitro Stout is now available in can, thanks for the brewery’s in-line canning technology. Initially brewed for Earth Day, the stout features roasted malt aromas and low hop bitterness, as well as a smooth mouthfeel that makes it easy to down. The brewery also boasts its commitment to sustainability by offering the eco-friendly packing that is easily recyclable. Enjoy the stout at home with the convenient can version that retains the same creamy cascade effect as they would from a draught pour.

Lion Brewery Nitro Stout 440ml can (4.5% ABV) is available online at S$100 for 12 cans.
