The biennial professional cocktail competition held by Monin is now open for registration. The theme this year is “Mix your Origins” with an expectation for recipes created using local ingredients with Monin products.

Candidates must be 27 years old or younger (born after December 1991) to qualify for the competition and must also be attached to an establishment. The focus of the competition is on creativity, presentation and charisma.

The six selected finalists will be required to create a new cocktail from ingredients in a mystery box to be presented during the finals. The winner to represent Malaysia on the world stage in Paris will be announced the same day, together with the winner from the Student Monin Cup winner.
