For the fifth year in a row, Opihr Gin is hosting its annual World Adventure Cocktail Competition. In Malaysia, for the second year. Here is where bartenders from around the globe compete for the title of the champion. Of course, it's all done in good fun. The main goal of this competition is to spark a camaraderie and teamwork within the bartender community around the world.

To qualify for the competition, participants will have to submit an online application from 17 April 2018 before it closes on 22 June 2018 at 6pm GMT (+1). You'll have to create a 3-minute long video demonstrating your cocktail interpretation of the Opihr Spirit of Adventure to be able to advance to the regional finals that will take place in June 2018.

The selected bartenders will then compete with the top bartenders of their country before advancing to the global final stage where each regional final winner will participate in four days of challenges. The World Adventure Cocktail Competition champion will be rewarded with a trip for two to a mystery location on the ancient Spice Route.
