Ingredients
30ml Funkin Pro Raspberry
40ml Rum
3 tps brown sugar
½ nos lime
fingerful mint leaves
Method
1. Muddle the brown sugar, mint and lime in glass
2. Pour in rum and Funkin Pro Raspberry
3. Fill with crushed ice and stir well
4. Garnished with raspberry and mint sprig
