AIR CCCC, the latest resident at Dempsey Hill is an innovative culinary hub emerges as a beacon of sustainable dining in Singapore. Founded by chefs Matthew Orlando and Will Goldfarb, along with entrepreneur Ronald Akili, AIR aims to inspire conversations about food and reduce waste. Located in a historical barrack complex, the circular campus houses a restaurant, cooking school, research space, and garden farm. Nutmeg & Clove celebrates its 10th anniversary in May 2024 with a refreshed look and menu with an updated logo, fresh interiors and redesigned uniforms. Dubbed TEN, the new cocktail selection curated by Head Bartender Gavin Teravasan offers 25 nostalgic concoctions priced at $25++. Each cocktail represents a milestone from the past decade, inviting patrons on a vibrant journey through Singapore's history. Meanwhile, Head Chef Bernstein Lim elevates local cuisine with international flair, offering innovative cocktails and delectable fusion dishes.

Afternoon Tea at Punch Room
The Singapore Edition, the 7th opening of the brand is offering its Afternoon Tea experience in Punch Room, the first of such experience said to be ever hosted in a bar setting in Singapore. The only bar that focuses on the Punch (believed to have adapted from Sanskrit word "panc", meaning five), welcomes guests to enjoy sweet and savoury delights inspired by the drink that is typically made which five ingredients: spirits from Europe and the colonies, spices and citrus from Africa and the East, teas from China and India, and sugar from the Indies. Enjoy a Welcome Punch and teas, punch bowls, or champagne to go with the dishes like Poached Lobster and sandwiches featuring Roast Beef with blueberries and Smoked Salmon with lemon cream cheese; and sweet offerings like the Sea Salt Scones with homemade jam, Chamomile Mascarpone Tart and Matcha Green Tea Namelaka.

Gin Cocktails at InterContinental Singapore
Head Mixologist Dora collaborates with Lady Trieu Gin in crafting three cocktails inspired by the fearless Vietnamese warrior. To further the celebration, a guest shift by bartender Leanne from 1880 Social Club will take place on 8 March at the hotel’s Lobby Lounge.
