Rare Drams, Historic Debuts, and a Panel Discussion on Future of Japanese Whisky

Whisky Journey, Singapore’s largest whisky-dedicated show, returns this November with its most expansive programme yet. Now in its fourth edition, the festival brings together the world’s leading distillers, collectors, and whisky fans for two full days of discovery and celebration.

This year’s Whisky Journey sets a new benchmark with an unprecedented lineup of activities centred on rare releases, craftsmanship, and the future of whisky.

Japanese Whisky Panel Session
28 November, 1:30pm
The headline moment unfolds in this session, when five of Japan’s most respected whisky makers share the stage for the first time in Singapore. The Japanese Whisky Panel Session, presented by The House of Suntory, features Shinji Fukuyo (Chief Blender, Suntory), Hiromi Ozaki (Senior Blender, Nikka), Jota Tanaka (Master Blender, Kirin), Yoshitsugu Komasa (Founder & Master Blender, Kanosuke), and Yumi Yoshikawa (Global Brand Ambassador, Chichibu). Together, they will discuss the evolution and future direction of Japanese whisky, an industry that continues to captivate global drinkers.

Suntory deepens its presence this year with the masterclass “A Story of Yamazaki Mizunara Oak”, hosted by Fukuyo. Attendees will taste the newly released Hibiki Artist Collaboration with Hiroshi Senju, a marriage of whisky and contemporary Japanese art. The masterclass will also feature exceptional pours of Hibiki 21 Year Old and Hibiki 30 Year Old, both available at the event in limited quantities.
