Back for its sixth edition by the team at 1885 The Bottle Shop, the Wine & Whisky Week features tastings (both complimentary and by purchase), education sessions and shopping all under one roof: stop by the Coravin Tasting Bar for an impressive selection of 100-pointer wines at SGD8 per glass, or try their tasting flight (which includes Almaviva 2015, Casa Lapostolle ‘Clos Apalta’ 2014, Chateau Pontet-Canet 2010, Chateau Pape Clement 2009, and Paul Jaboulet Aine Hermitage La Chapelle 1989) at SGD65; sit in on an intimate masterclass with Master of Wine Mark Pardoe; or splash out and get your Christmas shopping started here for your friends (or yourself, let’s be real) with gift sets curated by the team from 1855 The Bottle Shop.

Don’t miss the debut of the Singapore exclusive limited edition Auchentoshan 30 year old Single Cask Whisky, definitely the star attraction for the event. Specially handpicked and acquired for the Singaporean palate, it’s a burnished gold colour that hits the nose with sweet honey and molasses to exotic fruits, and smooths the palate over with lychees and rose petal, cooked apple with cinnamon, sweet spices, and light ginger. Only 383 bottles exist in the world, and they’re all in Singapore.
