In support of Smiling Gecko's mission to provide education and training for Cambodia's underprivileged, Chef Mariya Un Noun and Aniba's Executive Chef Anas Shami present a gastronomic journey into Khmer cuisine.

The visually stunning menu showcases Chef Mariya's authentic flavours of Khmer cuisine, interpreted through modern cooking techniques and Aniba’s innovative flavours of the Middle East.

The six-course dining experience will also feature photography by Dr. Hannes Schmid of Smiling Gecko’s inspiring journey which aims to raise awareness and funds for the NGO's educational projects. A portion of proceeds will support Smiling Gecko's Farm & Campus activities in Cambodia.
