The Austrian Embassy Singapore and Austria Tourism are partnering with Andaz Singapore for the third edition of Austrian Gourmet Week, spotlighting Austria's Year of Cultural Celebrations in 2025.
Throughout the week, cultural dishes and Austrian wines will be available for tasting across all of Andaz’s dining outlets, including Alley on 25 (all-day dining), 665°F (meat-centric restaurant), and 5 ON 25 (modern upscale Cantonese). Exclusive Austrian à la carte menus, curated by the hotel's culinary team, will be available from 26 October to 2 November 2024. Contributing chefs include Executive Chef Martin Satow, Chef de Cuisine Tommy Wong (Alley on 25), Chef de Cuisine Peter Gomez (665°F), and Pastry Chef Cheri Ong.
Two Austrian wine events at 665°F will be jointly curated by the hotel’s Director of Food & Beverage, Moritz Kam, alongside celebrated sommeliers. Celine Kerouanton will lead a tasting of Austria’s indigenous grape varieties on 28 October, while Seana Adachi will offer insights into Austria’s premier boutique wines at 5 ON 25 on 1 November.
This year’s featured guest chef is Michelin-starred Max Stiegl, head chef and owner of Gut Purbach in Burgenland, and Gault & Millau Austria's Chef of the Year 2021.

For a limited time only, indulge in Austrian dishes curated by Gault & Millau Austria’s Chef of the Year 2021 Max Stiegl. Don’t miss out on refined dishes that highlight the use of the PIRA Oven, fired by a potent mix of charcoal and wood. Creations include Rinder Carpaccio vom Grill mit Bergkäse and Miso featuring grilled carpaccio with Austrian mountain cheese and miso; cage-free chicken; and Käsespätzl, a baked dish of spaetzli (egg noodle pasta) with cheese and caramelised onions.
