Attention all chocoholics, you don’t want to miss this. The Hot Chocolate Festival is happening in Victoria, Australia, for the whole month of August.

The European Chocolatiers at Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie, Yarra Valley Chocolaterie, and the newly-opened Mornington Peninsula Chocolaterie have 31 different flavours for each day of the month in a rotating menu of eight hot chocolates that’ll make your heart sing.

Some elaborate creations to look out for include the Mocha Margarita, Hot Shoey (pictured), A Girl’s Best Friend (made with ruby chocolate and rosé champagne), and even a Green Goddess (made with kale and coconut). Aside from the hot chocs you can also chow down on Oreo-coated churros, crispy French crepes, and giant macarons.

Don’t miss the Hot Chocolate Tasting Sessions at the three outlets mentioned above, where for AUD20/pax you can try out eight different hot chocolate flavours, and then make three ‘hot chocolate spoons’ so you can make some hot chocolates of your own at home.
