Traders KL is hosting an Italian gastronomy journey from 23rd to 28th September. During this week-long wine and dine experience, Chef Daniele Devillanova of Waterfall Ristorante Italiano, Shangri-la Singapore, will be preparing meals with his homeland recipes over two sets of wine dinners and an à la carte menu for lunch and dinner.
Chef Devillanova is from the Apulia region in Southern Italy, well known for its fresh seafood, good quality olive oil, wines and seasonal ingredients from hunting territory such as asparagus, wild mushrooms, wild boar, hare, pheasant and woodcook. Some of these ingredients will be available in the one-week menu prepared with the chef's Italian Mediterranean approach.
In conjunction with the Italian Week, SkyBar will be highlighting Italian beer, prosecco, wines and cocktails using Italian gin and aperol.
