As part of the fourth theme under Bar-United’s Bar Hop, 12 bars from the Klang Valley are offering special festive cocktails using Jameson whiskey.

This year end festive period, Jameson Malaysia is bringing an Irish tradition “12 Pubs of Christmas” to the mix. During Christmas, friends are to visit 12 pubs wearing ugly sweater with a few rules set beforehand. If any of those rules is broken during the pub visits, a forfeit is charged on the person. Sometimes you’ll have to buy everyone a round of drinks at the next stop or take a shot as “punishment”.

In Jameson Malaysia’s 12 Pubs of Christmas, patrons only need to order at least one of the featured Christmas cocktails at the bar of choice to participate in the challenge and stand a chance to win exclusive prices during the Bar Hop period.

The challenges range from the infamous Dalgona candy challenge (inspired by the popular Netflix's Squid Game series), Jameson Twisted Pong and even a Spartan Shot Challenge.

Participating outlets are Bar Tailor, Concubine (Tipsy Rudolph), G-String (The Red Lace, Helicopter Helicopter, XXX-Mas), GinRiksha (Bloody Irish Iced Tea, Jameson Whiskey Cha, Spiced Old Fashion), Hood Bar (Extra Mulled Wine, Minty Coffee, Blue Pea Eggnog), Jann (Christmas Morning, Elves on P.S, Longest Night), La Chica (Krampus, Irish Berry Jam), Rockbottom Bangsar (Santa Claus), Soul Room (Santa Claus, Krampus, Irish Berry Jam), The Iron Fairies (Jameson Bitter, Jameson Fashioned, Jameson Summer), The Hungry Tapir (a Jameson Christmas cocktail), Three x Co (variations of traditional eggnog).
