Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching and mooncakes are getting creative. Pullman KLCC has theirs traditionally baked, with charcoal skin, or snow skin … all handmade by Chef Jeffrey of Red Chinese Cuisine in Pullman KLCC, and each with very limited release. For this Drinks City KL session, we will be pairing four types of mooncakes with four A.D. Rattray Single Malts.

A.D. Rattray is an independent Scotch whisky company that sources spirits and casks from all the traditional whisky regions of Scotland. The brand has a long-standing history in the blending and maturation of single malt Scotch whisky since 1868.
