The wine pairing dinner hosted by Gwenaele Chesnais, Paul Jaboulet Aîné's ambassador, presents guests with some of the finest Jaboulet collections especially their La Chapelle Hermitage – a red wine made purely from Syrah, paired with a dinner crafted by Braci. The menu showcases rare produce of the Autumn season, like Pigeon Tortellini with Chestnuts and Burnt Leeks, and Lamb Loin with mushrooms and hazelnuts.
