Specialty Food & Drinks Asia (SFDA), spanning three days, will host more than 200 exhibitors and brands from around the world, showcasing artisan, gourmet, and fine food and beverage products and solutions. The trade show anticipates up to 8,000 trade visitors.

Highlighted attractions include product showgrounds featuring celebrity chefs like Mandy Kee, a contestant from MasterChef Singapore Season 4, and Executive Chef Victor Loy, who will conduct cooking demonstrations.

In addition, exciting competitions are on the agenda, including the "Big Idea Food Competition" by Big Idea Ventures, aiming to recognize the best innovations in alternative protein. There's also the inaugural "ASEAN Butchery Competition" presented by Montgomery Asia and the Meat Traders Association Singapore, where meat professionals will exhibit their exceptional skills in meat carving and presentation, vying for the title of ASEAN's best butcher.

The event also welcomes back the "Singapore National Coffee Championship," organized by the Singapore Coffee Association in collaboration with Specialty Coffee & Tea Asia. It features competitions such as the Singapore National Latte Art Championship, Singapore Cup Tasters Championship, Singapore National Barista Championship, and the Singapore National Brewers Cup. The winners will represent Singapore in the World Coffee Championships 2024.
