Over two days, Gillman Barrack will be permeated with the smoke from BBQs over beats by DJs and live bands. The array of food offerings will come from smokehouses and grill experts in Singapore, including Roast Pork Bagel Sandwich from Two Men Bagel House, tuck into one of Meatsmith's famed cheeseburgers or savour a smoky feast courtesy of Red Eye Smokehouse.
A S$20 admission ticket will come with a complimentary pint of Guinness and access to masterclasses hosted by homegrown talents and celebrity chefs like Chefs Bjorn Shen (Chef & Owner of Artichoke), Dave Pynt (Chef & Owner of Burnt Ends), Desmond Tan (Grill Master & Owner of Fyregrill) and Andrew Walsh (Head Chef & Owner of Butcher Boy).
