Introducing Macallan's third Harmony Collection inspired by nature, which centres around the theme of sustainability.
Following the used by-products of cacao in their first edition and featuring arabica coffee grounds in their second, The Macallan’s newest annual release series is a collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, who wanted to recreate their memories of growing up in the Scottish amber meadows.
Meadow cuttings have been repurposed into making the box that contains the current series, which is a 100% recyclable.
The immersive experience at the The Starhill KL showcases the photographs by Marie, of the very meadows that inspired the flavours of this collection. There will be tasting of The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow led by Brand Ambassador, Jeremy Lee.
Inspired by the natural Scottish grasslands, the Amber Meadow is a blend of liquid from sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks. The limited-edition whisky is sweet with notes of honey, vanilla and citrus, redolent of a grassy meadow filled with honeysuckle, sunshine and toasty air.

“The Macallan Harmony Collection Experience, Inspired By Nature” in collaboration with Stella and Mary MacCartney is held at the Entrance Lobby, The Starhill KL from 10 to 21 January 2024, between 10am to 9pm. Each session is 45 minutes and comes with a dram of the whisky.
The pop-up will travel up north and be available at Gurney Plaza, Penang from 28 February to 3 March 2024 from 10am to 9pm. The session will go online starting 5 February 2024.
