VinGo Asia 3x3 Prelude

A new platform that connects the wine trade with consumers is having a 3-week prelude at Black Cow, a modern sukiyaki restaurant in Singapore.

From 7 to 23 November, a series of curated wine pairing and wine discussions will take place three days each week between 7pm to 8.30pm. Each session is limited to 12 participants to ensure intimate atmosphere for in-depth discussions and networking.

Priced at $88, each ticket includes the entry to one event with wine served in Kvetna 1794 Auriga glassware and curated wagyu canape.

Week 1 (7 - 9 November)
Ask Me Anything sessions with Top Sommeliers in Singapore
7th (Thu) – Gerald Lu, President of the Sommelier Association of Singapore
8th (Fri) – Lesley Liu, Head Sommelier of Odette
9th (Sat) – Reuben Khew, Sommelier of Restaurant Zen

Week 2 (14 - 16 November)
Pairing Wine Styles with Wagyu
Indulge in a wine pairing experience, highlighting the harmony between different wine styles with wagyu.
14th (Thu) – Champagne: Gabriel Hon, Brand Ambassador of Telmont
15th (Fri) – Bordeaux: Xavier Jean, Co-owner of Couvent de Jacobins
16th (Sat) - Sweet Wines: Jaclene Liew, Founder & CEO, VinGo Asia

Week 3 (21 -  23 November)
The Business of Wine: Mini-Panel Discussion
Each day will focus on a specific theme exploring giving wine consumers an insight into the business aspects of the wine trade. Each mini panel will feature two speakers and moderated by Jaclene Liew, Founder & CEO of VinGo.

22nd (Fri) – Investing in a Wine Business: Joey Mayton (Owner of Fermented SG)
