This December, Flock is offering a range of delectable chocolates, cakes and sweets infused and soaked with alcohol in their Sunday Retox Brunch.
During an afternoon session at Flock, W Hotel had put together their two partners, Martell and Chocolate Concierge for a session of cognac infused chocolate making. The French cognac brand offered three expressions: VSOP, Cordon Bleu and XO to be used in the award-winning single origin chocolate from Malaysia.
The Kelantan 70% Dark Chocolate has been awarded the World 50 Best at the Cocoa of Excellence Program 2021, a competition that recognises the work of cocoa farmers globally and celebrates quality, flavour diversity and unique origins. The competition typically coincides with Salon Du Chocolat in Paris.
The savoury sides come with unlimited offerings of the lavish cold seafood spread, with Alaskan king crabs’ legs and freshly shucked oysters to name a few; live carving station with Angus beef tomahawk and whole snapper ikan bakar; sushi and sashimi, and locally made artisanal cheese from Milky Whey Cheese.
