KL’s hipsters and scenesters have thronged this kitschy little café in Section 17 ever since it’s opening. Their pastries are made with zero preservatives and additives and yet are very fresh and delicious. Some of the must-tries include the chocolate pistachio Danish and Raspberry Orchid Cake. Coffees are of a local variety, all made by skilled baristas. The standout is certainly the quaint setting. The café is charmingly fitted with artsy hangings, cutesy portrait of a bear and some cozy wooden furniture, much like the Aussie laneway nifty cafés. But there are not more than a dozen seats in here, so prepare to wait in line as this café gets crammed on weekends. Otherwise, get a cuppa to go, Aussie-style.
