The latest member of the Jigger & Pony Group in Singapore is Caffe Fernet, the sixth venue in the roster of outlets established by the company. The restaurant and bar seats 130 people and is helmed by Chef David Tang who was previously of the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group in the USA.

Caffe Fernet’s menu offers a fresh twist on classic Italian cocktails as well as on traditional Italian food. "While we're focusing on flavours that lean towards lighter and brighter profiles, they still have to pack a punch," said Chef David Tang.

Brunch cocktails come by the glass or in a pitcher for groups, free flow is set for 3 hours until 4.30pm daily. There is a list of variations of Italian classics like the Negroni, Froze and Spritz, and also house-crafted cocktails and beer. For groups, there are the punch bowls and non-alcoholic drinks for the teetotaller.
