The belle of Suntec City Mall, Chura (meaning ‘beauty’ in Okinawan) Sushi Bar has made their mark as the place for stellar Japanese fare made with fresh, quality ingredients and a deft hand. In celebration of their first anniversary, expect to see some new additions to the menu featuring new dishes and drinks to tantalise the tastebuds.

Feast your eyes upon the beautifully plated Chio Maki (made with yellowfin tuna tartare, kinshi tamago, edible gold flakes, uni, and caviar), Ika Somen (pictured above – strips of squid served over sushi rice with sea urchin and sprinkled with ikura), and the whimsical Cha Soba Salad (chilled green tea buckwheat noodles and homemade pistachio sesame dressing); then treat yourself to the new Saketini (gin, sake, and vermouth) or the Chura Sling (getting its vibrantly pink hue from butterfly pea, triple sec, grenadine, and elevated with flavours of pineapple, lime, and peach mixed into the vodka cocktail).
