Cin Cin Singapore

Cin Cin Singapore

With over 75 labels and an ever growing list of gins from all over the world, Cin Cin is set out to let guests have fun, experiment with gin drinks and be entertained.

The name of the bar derives from the clinking of glasses amidst lively celebration, whilst the logo of the fox and key represent the wit and love for entertaining and an open door that is ever-welcoming.

The bar shares their knowledge on perfect ways to savour the gins from serving temperature, use of the correct glassware, mixing techniques, measurements and proportions. Customers can try their extensive list of gin-inspired cocktails and also customise their own Martinis and G&Ts in more than 500 different ways.

Bartender Fadly Sujebto

Fadly Sujebto, the bartender behind the bar concept came up with the idea of a gin bar right in the middle of a commercial area, where pricing on the menu is the determining factor for the survival or closure of a bar. Cin Cin provides considerably reasonably priced food and drinks, yet includes a fun factor, and also hard to find gin labels to the after work crowd.

There are two types of basic gin based drinks from the classic menu that guests can play around with:

Martini
- Choose your gin
- Select a type of vermouth: sweet, medium or dry
- Preparation: Shaken or stirred
- Choose one of 14 different bitters
- Garnish with kyuri, olives or a variety of fruit peels

G&Ts
- Choose from >75 types of gin
- Pick from a selection of 13 tonic waters
- Garnish by Cin Cin's bartender

‘Happy Hour’ at Cin Cin takes place daily from 5pm to 8pm. Enjoy 1-for-1 offers on the Cin Cin martini, house-pour beers and wines. Come Fridays, a guest DJ will spin tunes from 9pm to 12am.

Our Visit

During our visit, we had gin labels we have seen the first time, and cocktails prepared by Fadly, who talked us through some very interesting facts about gin and their history. Along with the good company, were bar snacks that went with the drinks.
