The highlight of the restaurant is the display of William Grant & Sons range of spirits including Hendrick’s Gin and Balvenie whiskies. Being the international display for the biggest family owned brand of distilleries, you can even find the luxury aged 50 years Balvenie displayed by the bar. That you can only buy by the bottle. If you want to have the most top-end Balvenie served by the glass, The Balvenie 30 is priced at SGD278++ per glass.

Raffles Hotel has been famous for its classic Singapore Sling cocktail. At Halia, the Singapore Sling by Hendrick’s (SGD28++) is concocted using Hendrick’s Gin based on the original recipe. For a party size drink, try The Hendricks’ Hot Gin Punch for a six people portion. What’s special about this cocktail is it is served hot and takes close to 30 minutes to prepare, featuring ingredients such as Hendrick’s gin, Madeira wine, lemon, fresh pineapple, honey, fresh orange, clove, cinnamon and nutmeg. The punch is priced at SGD120++.

There is also something special for the beer drinkers at Halia. The first commercial beer brewery in Singapore, Archipelago Brewery Company established since 1931 uses German brewing heritage and small batch techniques, supply the restaurant with its handcrafted beer on draught at SGD11++ per ½ pint and SGD16++ per pint.

A good selection of medium to premium end wine is also available at the restaurant. To pair with such extensive selection of beverages, you can choose small or big plates size servings for varieties or to suit the group size.
