Montree is a concept cafe near China Town in Kuala Lumpur. It was originally opened in 2010 to sell feminism books but is has also incorporated a café to make the business more sustainable.

In Moontree, they sell handmade zakkas, freshly brewed coffee of local beans, homemade food, imported feminism books of Chinese and English titles and also crafts by local artists.

They serve: Syphon coffee, ice drip coffee, flower tea, cakes, tiramisu cake and cookies.

Opened single-handedly by Law Yee Wan, who has wanted to own a bookshop and fell in love with the Taiwanese bookshop-cafe concept, decided to leave her previous job as a bookshop manager to fulfill her dream.
