Red Carpet

Red Carpet

The first Red Carpet was opened in Bali. Its concept was to treat all guests like super stars.

The name Red Carpet means glamor and with the largest collection of champagne in Asia, Red Carpet is sure a place for fancy parties. Even the red and white costumes are resemblance of air stewards and stewardesses in the 60s.

Red Carpet has since expanded and now opened at one of the most happening streets in Singapore. The total design and concept of the Bali outlet is brought to Singapore, without any change. Red Carpet rotates its staff from Bali to the Singapore chain so that the standard of service is consistent.

It’s been 6 months old and the Singapore outlet is already a very popular venue for corporate events and glam parties.

Apart from a good collection of champagne, Red Carpet also serves wine, spirits, beer and cocktails. The highlight in Red Carpet is the serving of free canapés every 15 minutes.  This is giving the place a good reason to visit for those after-work-before-dinner crowd. The bite size tapas, sushi and a fusion of finger food is prepared in the outlet kitchen head by Malaysian chef Nelson Ang.

Another highlight of the outlet would be the glass bar that is filled with crushed ice which displays the freshest oysters for the day. Their luxury night menu also includes foie gras and caviar to go with the champagne.

However, don’t expect a quiet romantic fine dining at Red Carpet as their music is quite upbeat. Although not those you would dance along with but definitely tunes that will lift your mood.
