It is said to have the largest whisky selection in South East Asia with more than 1,000 whiskies from all around the world. This selection covers all distilleries from Scotland (that is a very hard task) and vintages from 1936 to 2000 as well as 120 Japanese whiskies.

Other than whiskies, the second most shout-about collection in The Auld Alliance is their champagne selection, including Billecart Salmon, Cristal Roederer, Dom Perignon, Krug and Salon, are available in many vintages.

And when it comes to being 'hardcore', their range of 40 Absinthes is a must try, in which they serve it in the 19th century traditional way, using « Fontaine » and « Brouilleur ».

Other alcohol includes cognac, rum and wine.
