Thirty8 is the signature restaurant of the hotel that serves steak, seafood, sushi and sashimi which preparation can be observed at the open space kitchen. A pre-dinner drink can be enjoyed at the lounge and post dinner can then be moved to the wine bar, which offers a great view of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers.

The venue places a strong emphasis on their coffees and teas while a snack menu is available during operating hours. The restaurant is headed by Executive Chef Tommy Franssila from Sweden, who has more than 15 years of experience in culinary and joined the Hyatt Group of Hotels since year 2000.
