With a light apple colour and medium sweetness the gin shows through more than any of the other recipes, it’s very easy on the palate.

Ingredients
50ml Caorunn Gin
75ml Pressed apple juice
20ml Elderflower cordial
5 drops Angostura bitters
50ml Ginger ale

Glass
12oz Highball glass

Garnish
Sliced apple

Method
Build over cubed ice in a chilled glass.
