If I weren't a bartender, I would be...
I would be a kickass rock star! My dad was a professional musician and I was already on that path at the age of 14 before the call of bartending beckoned!

Your top five places to drink in Singapore.
28 HongKong St. (A little self-indulgent I admit but I love my bar!), Tippling Club, Operation Dagger, Manhattan Bar and The Cufflink Club.

Your favourite places to shop to keep you looking sharp behind the bar.
Sharp & Dapper! They are based in London but we ship their stuff into Singapore. Don’t even need to leave the house. Winning!

What's on rotation on your iTunes/Spotify right now?
Kodaline, Death Cab For Cutie, Incubus, The Kooks, City & Colour and Guns N’ Roses.

What do you get up to on your off time?
I usually hang out with my family and girlfriend, play my guitar, computer games, read or play soccer. Every once in a while I have a total “do-f***-all” day where I just stay home and do absolutely nothing, with the occasional movement in getting up to get food. Those are one of my favourites.

What is the one thing a bartender should never be without?
A notepad or something to write on (digital or otherwise).
