What do you get up to on your off time?
I usually hang out with my family and girlfriend, play my guitar, computer games, read or play soccer. Every once in a while I have a total “do-f***-all” day where I just stay home and do absolutely nothing, with the occasional movement in getting up to get food. Those are one of my favourites.

What is the one thing a bartender should never be without?
A notepad or something to write on (digital or otherwise).
