A new concept for wine and food lovers in town through e-shopping wine service.

Room Service Deliveries and Gastrodome Management Services are joining forces and expertise in Wine Talk to provide a new and exciting experience for Malaysia wine lovers.

The concept is simple: Choose your formula according to type, country, grape or price among the different wine cases offered or to let them surprise you by joining the “Wine Explorer”, and they will deliver the wine cases to you.

Order can be made through phone or their website and the confirmation will be done via a phone call from their customer service while they process the payment on your credit card.

Individual label and mixed-cases are straightforward for wine lovers who already know their choices. However, the “Wine Explorer” allows you to choose only your colour (red, white or rose) and whether you would like them delivered to you once a month or every 2 month, the rest is decided by Wine Talk. The “Wine Journey” experience includes popular choices and fun discoveries hand-picked by their sommeliers, just like wine of the month selection for you to discover new wines. The wine case also comes with a booklet introducing the selection with details the history of the winery, grape varietals, tasting notes and food pairing.

This concept will sure interest all the “geeks” and online shoppers as well as wine aficionados and/or amateurs. This is a good solution for people who want to try new labels from all around the world but don’t know where to start.

Dedicated and professional sommelier David Stephan is looking after each new choice. I do hope that he will take this occasion for featuring some unknown “jewels” available on the market that nobody is talking about. There are a lot of them I know sleeping in some warehouses somewhere most of the times…
 
I really wish that this new virtual wine-shop would bring some refreshing new ideas in terms of wine and food pairing.

Gastrodome has just opened a new Press Room outlet in Pavilion few weeks ago with a Bistro concept.

Room Service is a food delivery service in South East Asia established since 2003 and Gastrodome is responsible for nine restaurants and spa including La Bodega, Pressroom, espressamente Illy and Ozmosis Health & Day Spa.
