Make plans on what you want to do in Beertopia

The festival runs for 2 days and there is plenty to do. We suggest you plan before hand by knowing what to expect in the festival, pace yourself and have a good time. Here are the beers and activities that await you at the event:

Craft Beer
There will be 13 Hong Kong craft breweries showcasing their beers this year. They are Black Kite Brewery, City Brew, Gweilo Beer, Hitachino HK, Hong Kong Beer Company, Kowloon Bay Brewery, Lion Rock Brewery, Lucky Dawgs Brewing Co., Mak’s Brewing, Moonzen Brewery, Nine Dragons Brewery, Yardley Brothers and Young Master Ales.

In addition to the local breweries, there will also be over 500 different craft beers from around the world.

Cocktails
If you also like cocktails or want to get to know beer better through cocktails, or don’t like cocktails but want to give it a go through beer, here is your chance. The Woods, a popular bar on Hollywood Road that specialises in artisanal liquors, seasonal ingredients and a culinary take on cocktails, will be serving up some specially created craft beer cocktails at their pop-up during the festival.

Food
Featuring more than last year’s list, expect over 20 restaurants including Blue Butcher, Bread & Beast, Boomshack, Brickhouse, Jacomax Pizza, Mavericks, New York Fries, Nosh By Secret Ingredient, Tiger Curry and more.

Music
The live music stage will feature talented local bands as well as DJs from Sol Passion Music, the city’s premier DJ and music production school.

Add-ons
Additional to last year’s beer pong, giant beer pong and flip cup, the larger games area this year will have four themed sections and a shisha garden, complete with psychedelic lights and colourful shisha pipes for rent.
